Contracts were sent to last year’s vendors in August. Since we are always sold out on space for each year’s Expo, we do maintain a Wait List, and fill available space each year from this Wait List. Space Prices and Descriptions

10’ x 10’ Commercial Booths include 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape and a 7” x 44” Booth I.D. sign. No heavy equipment, vehicles, stalls or buildings will be allowed in these areas, unless approved by Show Management. (Discount of 10% off total booth space on (6) or more 10’ x 10’ Commercial booths.) DOES NOT INCLUDE tables, chairs or carpet – forms for renting these items will be sent in Exhibitor Kit. Does include: electricity, listing in program and on web-site (along with link to vendor web-site if there is one), and 4 exhibitor passes.
Horse Stalls................................................................................................... $550.00 ea.
Horse Stall includes a 10 x 10 horse stall, and a 10 x 10 hospitality area, as well as one 7” x 44” booth I.D. sign, if requested on application. NO TABLES will be allowed in the aisles. Exhibitors must bring their own stall curtains and decorations. (All stall fronts—and sides if corner stall—must be completely covered with decorations.) DOES NOT INCLUDE drape, tables, chairs or carpet. Does include Electricity, listing in program and on web-site (along with link to vendor web-site if there is one) and 4 exhibitor passes. Additional Horse stall (for second horse) is available at $300.00.

Nonprofit/Club Table Top Displays

Non-MHC Member Organizations............................................................................$165.00
A special rate of $130.00 will be available to nonprofit organizations who are current members of the Michigan Horse Council. If the non-profit/club is not a current member of Michigan Horse Council, the rate will be $165.00. This space will include a 6’ skirted display table, (2) chairs and a 7” x 44” I.D. sign, as well as listing in the program and on the web-site (with link to organization web-site if there is one) and 4 exhibitor passes. Your area will be approximately 8’ long by 6’ deep.

Set Up and Vendor Move In Starts on Tuesday March 8th (for Trailer Displays and scheduled vendors only), and goes thru 10:00 a.m. Friday Morning March 11th.2011 Vendors should check their vendor information packets for exact times and days for set up.

THERE WILL BE NO EARLY MOVE-OUT. All exhibits and merchandise must be removed
after 5:00 p.m., and be out by 10:00 p.m.! Anyone moving out before the show closes, or bringing in equipment/boxes to move out, before the show closes at 5:00 p.m. may not be invited to exhibit next year.
