Notice: 

Contracts will be sent to last year’s vendors in August. Since we are always sold out on space for each year’s Expo, we do maintain a Wait List, and fill available space each year from this Wait List. We would be happy to include you on the wait list for the coming year. If you wish to be on the wait list, please fill out this form (add click for form). 

Space Prices and Descriptions 

10’ x 10’ Booths.................................................................................................................................................................................... $385.00 ea.

10’ x 10’ Commercial Booths include 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape and a 7” x 44” Booth I.D. sign. No heavy equipment, vehicles, stalls or buildings will be allowed in these areas, unless approved by Show Management. (Discount of 10% off total booth space on (6) or more 10’ x 10’ Commercial booths.) DOES NOT INCLUDE tables, chairs or carpet – forms for renting these items will be sent in Exhibitor Kit. Does include: electricity, listing in program and on web-site (along with link to vendor web-site if there is one), and 4 exhibitor passes.

10’ x 10’ stalls includes one 7” x 44” booth I.D. sign, if requested on application. NO TABLES will be allowed in the aisles. Exhibitors must bring their own stall curtains and decorations. (All stall fronts—and sides if corner stall—must be completely covered with decorations.) DOES NOT INCLUDE drape, tables, chairs or carpet. Does include Electricity, listing in program and on web-site (along with link to vendor web-site if there is one) and 4 exhibitor passes.

Bulk space includes cement floor with dimensions chalked out. DOES NOT INCLUDE drape, tables, chairs or carpet – forms for renting these items will be sent in Exhibitor Kit. Outside Bulk Space

If you reserve inside space and would also like outside bulk space the rate will be....................................................................................$1.00 per sq. ft.
If you wish to rent outside bulk space ONLY, the rate will be..................................................................................................................$1.75 per sq. ft.
DOES NOT INCLUDE drape, tables, chairs or carpet. Does include listing in show program and on web site (with link to vendor web-site if there is one) and 4 exhibitor passes.

Nonprofit/Club Table Top Displays

Non-MHC Member Organizations.......................................................................................................................................................... $160.00
A special rate of $125.00 will be available to nonprofit organizations who are current members of the Michigan Horse Council. If the non-profit/club is not a current member of Michigan Horse Council, the rate will be $160.00.  This space will include a 6’ skirted display table, (2) chairs and a 7” x 44” I.D. sign, as well as listing in the program and on the web-site (with link to organization web-site if there is one) and 4 exhibitor passes. Your area will be approximately 8’ long by 6’ deep.

 General Information

Set-Up Dates and Times:

     Bulk Space Only – Wednesday, March 5, 2008

            Trailer and vehicle exhibitors will be required to move in on Wednesday. You will receive a

            Move in Schedule, times vary, depending on the location of your space.

     All Other Exhibitors:

          Thursday, March 6, 2008...........................................................................................................12:00 noon--8:00 p.m.

                 For security reasons, everyone in all halls will be asked to leave at 8:00 p.m., so the halls can be locked up.

          Friday, March 7, 2008................................................................................................................8:00 a.m.—10:00 noon

                 PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!! Failure to move in and be set up by 10:00 a.m. may jeopardize your booth space for the next year!!

Show Dates and Times:

         Exhibitors with buttons may enter the exhibit hall 1 hour prior to show opening on Saturday and Sunday

Rodeo, Friday, March 7, 2008.....................................................................................................Main Arena, 7:00 p.m.

         MI High School Rodeo Performance Exhibit (vendor) Area will be closed and secured at 9:00 p.m.

Evening Program, Saturday, March 8, 2008...............................................................................Main Arena, 6:00 p.m.

         Exhibit (vendor) Area will be closed and secured at 7:30 p.m.)

Christian Service, Sunday, March 9, 2008...................................................................................Auditorium, 8:00 a.m.

        Exhibit (vendor) Area will be kept closed and secured until 9:00 a.m.

Move-Out Date & Time:

     Sunday, March 9, 2008...................................................................................................................5:00 p.m.—10:00 p.m.

         THERE WILL BE NO EARLY MOVE-OUT.  All exhibits and merchandise must be removed after 5:00 p.m., and be out by 10:00 p.m.! Anyone moving out before the show closes, or bringing in equipment/boxes to move out, before the show closes at 5:00 p.m. may not be invited to exhibit next year.
